hi,
I bought a brand new Elektron Analog Rytm at Moog Audio store in Montréal yesterday.
When i came back to my home i test the machine and start to play with sequencer.
After 5 minutes i found an issue with Mutes parts…
When i press randomly a mute some other tracks mute or unmute.
Appear to tracks RS 3 and CH9.
My Rytm is just plugged to Power Supply and no other connection no usb no audio cables… just power.
I made a reset of the machine but always the same issue. The issue appear randomly sometimes it can work for 20 minutes but after that the mute part make the same issue.
The Os Version is 1.31B

Get it exchanged for another unopened unit ASAP. Not worth stressing and hoping it will resolve itself. Although it might sort itself over time, its the retailers problem…not yours.

The Shop Moog Audio at Montreal dont have an other unoppened box it was the last one.
They offer me to send the unit in repair to United States and wait 3 weeks…
If you are not in a terrible rush, get your money back and buy another one off of reverb with full warranty or save up a bit more and get the MKII

i just phone to the shop manager and he told me i can take the MK1 and make a credit for the MK2 when they are release so… just wait moment and pay a little more to have the brand new AR MK2

Nice!! That sounds like a win win.
And the manager give me an Analog Rytm Mk1 fully fonctionnal for the waiting… Moog Audio is THE shop of Montréal ! I love this shop so much !
