Unfortunately I can confirm that the midi note off bug is NOT fixed.
I used my Keystep Pro to replicate the bug (long press on the track to get access to the input midi port/channel). Arp on midi channel 14 cuts off a sustained pad on midi channel 15.
Can’t say I’m surprised, but still a bit disappointed.
