So…I wasn’t plugged in. The power musta wiggled out a little and the little power indicator on the back was off…good call there. But, now I’ve got it plugged in I still get the…”Lets Rock”…”Lets Get Started”…”Start”… 
I just want it to start on an empty project as it has been for the last year. And I can’t for the life of me find info or a setting to enable that. 
GEAR Icon > Project Defaults > New Project Dialog [OFF, DEMO, DEMO/TEMPLATE/RECENT]

@Yorgos_Arabatzis for the last year mine powered on the an empty project. Which I prefer. Since I did a factory reset, I have the damn START back.
Probably a stupid question, so sorry in advance. Do you need to upgrade firmware after a factory reset?

it really does. just got my screen protectors from Ireland, but have yet to put them on. been using a chopped up ipad protector since i removed the one it ships with (which it was obvs not designed to be used with). also any touch capacitive stylus works well if you want something more precision than your fingers.

so I just noticed…using STOCK samples that were in my Live, for example, on the Chilled Trap Kit, the kick is fine on its own. but add anything else and it gets all distorted/clipped. all the other samps are fine together
you think they should all play together nice…no?
Probably need to drop each level a bit to allow more headroom. It’s a strange choice they made for default levels.
I think it actually sounds great overall though.
I realised this last night on the Force. Had just a couple of preset kits playing, no fx, and checked the main outs 1 & 2 and the level is way into the red. Need to set up some templates.

Took it down to -9db. Then just upped appropriately, post. Bass was NICE.
Ya Live sounds great. Just some samples are too hot or don’t mix well even in a preloaded kit. As I said the kick on its own was great. Bass sample, great. Kick with the bass…clip city was master was set at 0db

I got the two-for-one offer a while ago, have to be careful with air bubbles putting them on but have been really good so far

Wait…REMOVE the protector. The screen is much more responsive without. 
Not sure what you mean. I’ve replaced the factory protector with this custom square one. used it for a week or so without any protector and no difference that I’ve noticed now the custom square protector is fitted. Wouldn’t be comfortable using it without any protector in the long run, but that’s just me
