What shoud be the parameters of Octatrack and Monomachine to set up CC 1-10 MIDI Learn on midi tracks?
Connect MIDI Out from Monomachine to MIDI In on Octatrack.
On the Monomachine:
Set the MIDI channels appropriately.
On the Octatrack:
Use MIDI sequencer mode. On a MIDI track, use the Note Setup page to set the MIDI channel to the same MIDI channel as for the MM track that you want to sequence from the OT. It is a good idea to ensure that this channel is not the same as any of the MIDI channels assigned to the OT’s audio tracks.
Enable LIVE RECORDING mode.
To set up (for example) CC1, go to the Ctrl 1 Setup page, press knob C to activate CC1 if it is not already activated, then press [FUNCTION] + knob C to activate MIDI CC Learn mode.
On the Monomachine:
Move the knob corresponding to the parameter that you want the OT to sequence.

Don’t know what did the trick (either Disabling audio track midi channels or enabling LIVE recording) but it finally worked!
Unfrortunatelly its terribly glitchy. My workflow is a bit messy so i got a lot of MIDI rubbish that changes varios parameters by a little bit.
So I guess I will stick with sending only clock and transport from OT.

It definitely requires LIVE RECORDING mode.
