I already know that Sid is good for that,and key tracking should be off…
what else?

Sid machine overall, may you route it to a Dinamics track and add gain as you like (the more gain the more distorted)…
Add some filtering and plock key parameters like resonance, attack, decay and so on…
Experiment with it firstly then you find your way to get this sound acid… it should be very easy…
The first things i was doing with Mnm were essentially this kind of acid sounds…
Try a DDRW, mix Syn4 with a square. Heavy LPF with Q. Positive offsets. Aim the LFOs at the filter.
