Cool. Just so you know (more learning) you can resample to the track’s own recording buffer, then replace the sample on that same track.

Merging left and right channels in the audio editor wouldn’t work?
I’ve never tried it, but merging audio on one channel with silence on the other?
Edit-> Mix channels -> Add Ch L+R

Subtract CH L-R might be preferable, right?

Update: subtracting CH L-R worked like a charm!
