Model Samples unwanted "wetting" of dry click

I have made a click track, basically a very dry click for some unclear reason the Model:Samples plays the sample “wetted” even if I set it to neutral. I suspect since a “click” technically has more frequencies than a ring or tone, limits of the filter are at work here. Can’t find anything in the tech specs about the limits of the build in filter etc. Why this sound becomes very wet ( WAV 16 bit linear dithering )

“Wet” like with added FX ? (reverb, delay…)

Oops, my mac seems to be the problem, when I was comparing speakers/headphones when I connect to the audio interface the problem is mostly gone, although there still is a bit of extra wetting going on. Problem solved, but will leave the post.

Still would like to know if meta-data or lables affect how the Model:Samples interprets a sample but that’s another question.

Yes, a bit of wetting is good.

Hearing the latency between the direct monitor and output of the soundcard?

So the problem is that you’re getting your click wet?

It’s a great day for adequate kerning. Good font choice elektronaut forums.
