MnM inputs louder if physically trigged

I have drums coming into input A.

I have a trig on first step with hold, decay, release at 127.

Plays fine.

If I physically hit a step button the input sound gets louder (and better) and stays like that.

If I mute the track the sound goes down to original level but of course keeps playing as env is maxed as above.

Is this normal? I’d prefer if it played at the level after physical trig all the time :slight_smile:

Yes I found this too, theres also an audible blip whenever the sequencer hits that step. I’ve just been maxing out the envelope and pressing a note without any trigs placed.

I’ve only owned the MnM for a few months so i’m sure theres a more seasoned user who knows whats going on.
