Hi.
I’m new here and trying to get my head around this thing. Tiny steps have taken quite a while but I’ve glimpsed some reflections of light at the end of the tunnel. Now I had sampled a 2 bar passage that I sliced into 8 bits and fitted into one of the patterns and managed to trigger the the slices in the right order. Then I moved the crossfader from B(9)to A(1) and everything went silent. Now, no matter the position of the crossfader, I can only hear little clicks at the start of every slice. In the “Slice Grid” view it had played trough every slice before but now it just jumps from one starting point to the next. Every slice length is set to max and no pitch changes and I’ve gone through A and B settings that are now identical. Are there some hidden menus for the crossfader(scenes) settings that might explain this …or something else.
This is not a life or death situation, by the way. I’m just trying to navigate this forest. Thanks. S

If it works well with B, there must be a difference between B and A, or one scene is muted (Function + scene button to mute/unmute).
Are both scenes leds lit?
Thanks but that’s the thing, now it doesn’t matter, the position of the crossfader; A, B or somewhere in between. It’s just tiny low volume clicks on all the triggers. The sample is still there with the original loop points and slice edit saved . But now it’s like it’s just jumps from one slice position to next without playing the slices (as I saw it did before). The experience was as follows: Everything works fine > Move the crossfader to position A > Silent clicks > Move it back to B > Silent clicks as well. I’ve tried saving everything (part,sample and project) and turning off/on but it is still just the barely audible clicks.
Rate set to +63?
What are your length settings, in Playback/SRC page and Playback/SRC page?
Amp settings?
Lfos Depth set to 0?
What if you mute scenes?
Saving also saves wrong settings. 
Thanks again mate. I wasn’t sure what you meant by “Playback/SRC” page but tried pressing “src” and the “play” button. Then suddenly one of the slices was audible and on repeat. I had to go through the settings again to align the slices to triggers. I’m not sure what happened but I seem to be out of the hole. Thanks 
SRC + PLAY clears SRC page parameters. There was a wrong setting. Reload the part or the project to check!
Playback (MKI) = SRC (MKII)
Double clic or press it holding Function to enter Playback/SRC Setup.
