Missung monitor stand

Does anyoneone use this monitor stand - for the digi*?

For me, the benefit of this stand is that it doesn’t have a fixed angle and it can be mounted quickly  Any thoughts or ideas?

I’m wondering how you would fix a Digi if it doesn’t have VESA.

Edit : did I misunderstand the topic? Do you want to fix a Digi on this stand or use a monitor over your Digi?

Yeah I don’t think this would hold a Digi.

I have similar at home but only for ipad.
Actually it has bigger surface for ipad, so it could if you completely make it horizontal

It’s another company, but same look. It’s also magnetic

So it magnetically attaches to the Digi?

magnetic? is this good for the electronics?

Thanks. Yes, it uses a magnet - the stronger magnet can support up to 3 kg.
They also offer this stand with a VESA mount.

I’d get the vesa one

To be honest, I’m still somehow unsure whether using a magnet with an electronic device is completely safe. On the other hand, nowadays you can often see this combination – e.g. iPad with a magnetic stand, iPhone with a magnetic power bank, etc.

That’s because those were made (designed) to have a magnet there. Stuff that’s not meant to have a magnet attached at the bottom? Idk

What I missed at first glance is that it seems to use ‘finger screws’ for the mount. So this would also provide a quick fix. Also, it supports up to 8 kg instead of 3 kg.
