Missing kits and patterns from startup guide

Hi,

I have just recieved a new Analog Four and started to make my way through the startup guide. I freaked out as I could not get any sound out when playing the ‘demo’ patterns. Looking deeper I realised there where no demo patterns and kits installed.

Are these available anywhere, so I have something to play with while I get my head around how this beast works?

You can re-initialize the AF using the ‘Factory Reset’ option in the Early Startup menu.

I want to use overbridge, and i have some patterns saved that I’d like to reuse. Will doing a factory reset rollback the firmware? What can I do to export the pattern

p. 66 of the A4 MK2 manual describes the details of two reset methods and also suggests what to do to prevent previous work from being deleted. Long story short: project slot 1 and sound banks A+B will be overwritten and you have to move your own content to slots/banks higher up.
