Unfortunately, it probably is.
Today’s gripe: My stuff was supposed to arrive today. It’s now arriving tomorrow. That’s kind of a blessing and a curse because it means tomorrow will be dedicated to getting all our shit into the apartment instead of doing something interesting. On the other hand, we have a probable mold issue in the office, so this will allow us to at least get samples taken for a test before the room is packed with boxes.
I have a feeling I’m going to be getting rid of a lot of stuff as we unpack because holy fuck in the last two weeks I’ve learned that I actually don’t need a whole lot to be happy.

I’m this close to considering a credit card, with regards to surprise expenses. Yes, I could be far better with my money - in fact, I’ve opened a savings account precisely to help fund a deposit for a mortgage (better late than never though).
I hate I had to learn this the hard way. I’d already be in my own place now if not for my terrible spending habits and the terrible coping skills that fuel it.

I’m planning to buy: Tonverk, MPC Live 3, TR-1000, DMNO, Hexdrum, Terrain, basically anything that may or may not be leaked, released or announced any time in the near to not-so-near future.
I don’t need, nor do I intend to even try them, so I’m basically just buying the hype, for the hype of it.
Does this sound like a good plan?
I guess I can always just moan and return-wank them.

I’m gonna need to sell my Digitone II just two months after sporadic use of it. I know, my fault, but I didn’t know better and I felt desperate too. Thanks, surprise expenses, especially with my bike being busted and needing repairs, and some accessories also being a bit useless when I most need them (i.e. my waterproof, and my front light started acting funny).
Might get a Launchpad Pro Mk3 and a nanobox fireball in its place, and figure out non-melodic percussive sounds with the latter via sound design or adopting a hybrid hardware-DAW setup.
It’s not a serious case of GAS until you are seriously considering renting a dedicated studio space for your gear.

I used to be able to watch linked TikTok vids in my browser.
I downloaded the app for some stupid reason, deleted the app.
There was some change made on my devices that now I can no longer watch the vids in a browser. It just tell me to download the app.
This is on iOS and it prolly worth wiping my devices over
