I’ve got both manuals here and trying to figure out some items.

Let’s say I want to control a Rytm performance pad with an encoder on the OT, and the Rytm is on an Autochannel. Would I assign one of the MIDI channels on the OT to the Rytm Autochannel, and then assign the OT encoder to the correct CC (35 to 47)? Can/should I assign the PERF MIDI channel to the same channel as the Rytm Autochannel?

Also, does anyone use NRPN? I’m having some conflicts between two synths that use the same CC values for different items and I think switching everything to NRPN might solve that. I’m wondering if latency is ever noticeable.

If you want to control performance macros from OT, you set up a midi track to send on the midi channel that is configured for performance on AR and then yes, set up the CCs (CC35-CC47 for the twelve macros).
I don’t think autochannel works.

Afaik AR also uses NRPNs, but every parameter can be controlled with CC.
