There is a way to get a limited pass through.

With the new 1.13 firmware:

Tracks set to MOUT now also forwards the incoming note data on the AUTO channel from external MIDI controllers to the MIDI OUT port for control of an external device.

Not tried it myself, but I think that was a copy-paste from the firmware announcement. Sounds like you might need to sacrifice one track to do it though ?
