Midi Arp always on?

I’m sequencing a Nord Drum with a Midi track on the OT.
I have 2 LFOs controlling Arp mode and Arp Transposition.

If i set the Arp to OFF it doesn’t stop, i can still modify the arp with its own parameters.
Is it a normal behaviour? Do LFOs have priority over the Arp?

PS: the note length is giving nice results on the sequence in this configuration.

Afaik only transpose and legato work even if the arp is off.
