Hey all. Thought I’d post a link to a recording of a live show I did recently at a small private festival in the UK. Currently my music is only exposed to my extended friendship circle, so whilst this was very well received amongst them it would be great to hear what some people I don’t know think, as I slowly muster the nerves to push my music to a wider audience.
As the title says it’s mostly melody driven acid/ electro, with inflections of melancholic 80’s soundtrack, and a remix of the main theme from the Legend of Zelda thrown in for good measure. My influences are fairly obvious.
All sequenced in my Octatrack (full gear list below). It went pretty well with only a couple of really noticeable mistakes, mostly due to my Nymphes sometimes not triggering the right patch correctly when I change parts. First track is a bit slower, quickly gains pace and enthusiasm after that
