This massive in depth 15+ hour course will take you on a super structured yet creative journey to go from sketching patterns that groove, to developing ideas into fully mixed and arranged song that ready to perform and record. All within the Digitakt II! On top of that you will learn how to sequence external gear and to record audio and automation to your DAW through Overbridge.
The course is neatly divided into 6 modules:
- Basic functions and overview, basic groove and workflow techniques
- Advanced Sound Design, Sampling & Sequencing
- Mixing patterns to create a highly detailed and full sound
- Arrange patterns and variations into a full song including smooth transitions
- Huge bag of tricks tricks for your live performances and recording sessions
- Sequence external gear with MIDI (+ loopback tricks!), and record your songs through Overbridge
Each module contains a large amount of long form videos going through each of these subjects in utmost depth. You won’t just learn Digitakt II functionality, but music production in general, all on Digitakt II.
It’s perfect for all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced users. Even if you have never touched an Elektron instrument you will be able to follow this course as we start from the very beginning. For advanced users there are many high level techniques and tricks for sound & groove design, mixing, arranging and performing.
