Thanks

I’m actually quite surprised how much the pitch varies between sound. I thought at least they were the same note just different octaves for an equivalent number…

Would you mind sharing the source to make that PDF? it has a nice layout compared to https://www.elektronauts.com/files/264

It seems someone still need to complete it for the remaining PI machines

Think the same, I have to say the original chart was made by OHEXOH user, I just made an easier transcription in to a4 format to be printable, I’ve added the source on OP

thanks for putting this together!

i just noticed that the ROM machines section is incorrect. once you go past an octave above or below C3 (i.e. +/- 36 pitch), the difference is usually 2 ticks rather than 3 between each chromatic note. (gweep’s original chart doesn’t list the ROM pitches.) i’ll hunt around to see if i can find the actual values, but we’ll want to revise that section at least otherwise it could cause some frustration.

regrettably not all the MD machines are consistently tunable to concert pitches – just a certain number of the TRX and EFM machines, plus the ROM machines.

fyi, GND-SN is somewhat tunable.

oh perfect! I will modify the pdf with the correct value as soon you revise them. Also I have uploaded the Indesign file to everyone who wants to modify in their own way
