Oooo come say hello at the Future Sound Systems stand!

Am I right in thinking that most of the lineup, talks, and exhibitors are modular related?

For those not into modular (nor wishing to be) is this worth going to?

I’m not remotely into modular but I’ll be there.

Kind of hard not to be now days i think.

Some exhibitors without much Eurorack in them :

  • Arturia – shoot, just about everything they do has a modular aspect.
  • ASM Hydrasynth – damn there are those built-in CV interfaces, and the whole internal layout is modularesque
  • Bitwig – OK they have “The Grid”
  • Bjooks – Books, safe
  • Eventide – Oh but they have Misha
  • Cong Burn and Isotonik – They look safe, software only
  • Finegear – Nothing modular, but all three products are awfully fiddly
  • Majella – The Implexus is cool, but the company started doing modular
  • Mellotron – Safe
  • Midicake – Safe
  • Moog – Well shoot, i don’t know what to call it
  • Oxi – But they have Coral now
  • Song Athletics – Nobody knows what they do yet – risky
  • Teenage Engineering – Somebody tell me, i think they make tables
  • Vermona – We got modular

I think you ought to. If you’ve got the time and the money that is.

That make me laugh out acoustically

Very unsafe:

Plus the “with Moog” and “with Korg” extensions.

Oh shoot !! Just don’t look inside then.

Knobula will release their second polyphonic Eurorack module the Pianophonic on October 8th.
This is a wavetable and samples based 8 voice module, that starts with piano like sounds and then goes a ways out. Waiting for some more current videos as the latest i found so far are from four month back.

If anyone is going (wish I could), I’d appreciate a report, if possible, on the new module being teased by Stochastic Instruments, whose sole device to date, the Stochastic Inspiration Generator, is seriously wonderful.

So my little chick-a-boos…who went and what did you see (or are still seeing because it’s still on).
Any cool shit we all need to know about?

I hope 1010music weren’t doing any special deals today…I’m hankering after a Blackbox and would have loved to have come along today to play with one.

I went along with @Claid. I touched the silver for the first time – meaning MD and MnM

The Elektron dudes were really nice. Updates are coming, they said (no details tho), but we already knew that would be the case at some point. Also, the staff do read our posts on here for ideas and just generally enjoying the good vibes of this place.
