@Claid maybe this is more your thing.
Note that you can use the HOP command to terminate a Phrase before the 16th step, so you can for instance make 12-step phrases if your song signature is 3/4.

Yeah, but with GRV you can have a 4 bar loop with 1 chord per bar in 1 phrase. Easier to manage. You can do other stuff as well. Like syncopated rhythms & stuff

Much prefer the 240s to my DT770s with M8. 770s are too bass heavy and also massive and indiscreet.

That is a neat idea as well. I donât like earbuds either, especially in-ears. I will look in to some folding on/around-ears as well then. How is the output volume on the DT 240 PROâs from the M8?
