Looking for Encoder for Roland V-Synth XT

Can’t seem to create an account at Roland’s Forum so I thought I’d ask here.
I’m looking for the a replacement Encoder or Encoder Board for my V-Synth XT. Called Roland and they said they don’t support it anymore. I tried searching everywhere online but can’t find the XT encoder (can find standard V and GT version, but not XT). Just wondering if anyone might now a shop or anyone that might have one.
I know it’s a long shot but got no other options at this point.

03565789 Value Knob
03231912 Rotary Encoder w/Push-Switch

AFAIK should be the same, Roland usually use Alps brand encoders and they tend to use the same part across multiple product lines.

It has been a while since I had my XT so I can’t remember how many turns the encoder has but there is a guy selling V-Synth encoders on ebay:

Might be worth checking with him if it is compatible with the XT.

I looked at both the standard V-Synth and the XT’s service catalogue and the part numbers don’t match. I’m going to reach out to him anyway though.
Cheers!

Ah, could be that the only difference is the push switch? Can’t remember if XT has switch or not?

The XT does have the push encoder. I’m pretty sure this one doesn’t

Has anyone ever repaired an encoder itself?

Some info here, part number is 03231912 according to the thread:

Apparently same part as used in Handsonic HPD10, available here:

Dude, thank you! I saw that thread with the part number earlier but didn’t see the Handsonic info. That could prove very helpful. Cheers!

That’s the one!!! Man, I really appreciate it! I owe you a beer
