I am looking for a sampler/sampleplayer and am not quite sure what fits my need. I will use it mostly as drum/percussion instrument
Should be hardware, may be iOS app. Have no Computer in my setup

Needs to have at least 4 mono outputs, so I can put effect per track (if stereo, I need to be able to pan tracks). Outbut=Audio Output. No multitrack over USB please.

currently I use the deluge to play drumsamples, but I really miss to send every track to individual effect chains.
That’s a difficult one because 4 outputs puts it in the higher price bracket generally speaking. But you might want to consider a second hand OT mki as well. Does everything required!
You can have 3 Mono/Stereo Outs from the Blackbox (and then headphones). One Stereo/Mono in, MIDI (in/out), and Clock (in/out). Can be USB Midi Host and is powered by USB.
I primarily use it to sample my OTMKII since I run out of tracks and have all of my I/O in use. So seems we are in a pretty similar use case here.
It has more powers, but it samples/resamples very easily and has additional sample mangling uses.
Does the RYTM MKI have individual outs like the MK2? Asking because price point is similar, and it samples now so…
However the advantage of the BB is I have a 128GB SD card. It can go up to 512GB apparently. I don’t think I am going to run out of space any time soon, and you can use any OS to manage the wav files.
Another slightly oddball choice is the Roland SPD-SX. You’d have to check on its slicing abilities and whether it can be sequenced over Midi. But it has 4 outs and is obviously drum orientated.
In the MIX tab you can pan left/right and in the PAD tab you can set which OUT each PAD goes to. So yes I think you can. Let me double check real quick?
Just tried and yes. Set two samples to OUT2, went to MIX tab, pan LEFT for one PAD and pan RIGHT for the other. Played both, worked great.
EDIT: Nothing came out of OUT 1 though. As expected, not sure what you meant about OUT 1. You can PAN left/right for OUT 1 (per PAD) as well though if that is what you meant.
Good point, thanks for naming it. Already spent some ours with it, but never left one track with tons of LFOs and had fun with spectacular drones.
Haven’t thought about using it as sample player. Will try it out!
On iPad, Beatmaker 3’s sampler is incredible. It can auto-slice a sample to pads or a keyboard, and then midi sequence it all. Bonus — it also has rock-solid MIDI clock sync with hardware. I use it to sample from Digitakt.
Pair that with an audio interface with 4 outputs and you’re good.
I am using An MOTU 828 ES on my iPad for additional Synths and a lot of FX currently. Do I need to move all that into Beatmaker 3 (and am I able to (subsixes, fx sends etc.)) or can I use BM3 inside AUM.
BM3 has sends, which I think can work as submixes. You can’t host it inside AUM, but you can use it as output destination in AUM. So, you can use Beatmaker’s sampler alongside other synths in AUM.
In my experience though, it’s better to do everything inside BM3, for reliability.
Also, it’s a really good host for Audio Units. I use it to sample loops from audio units.
Another vote for the MPC 1000, especially if you install JJOS2XL on it. It satisfies all your listed requirements. It’s a bit of an “old” piece of gear at this point but it will last forever and is really inspirational once you get into the workflow. I used one as the main tool for my first three full length albums; can send you a link if you’d like. It’s also a great MIDI sequencer.
