Locked out of Soundcloud. Help!

Suddenly locked out, what can I do?

Soundcloud asks for a Two-Factor Authentication or a Two-Factor Backup Code,
but I have neither.

I have contacted support, but I get no answer. (7 Days have passed)

How do I contact Soundcloud?
Does anyone know anyone at Soundcloud that can help?

its taken a little while for me to hear back from soundcloud in the past. if i had to guess, this is a problem on their end that should be fixed soon. theyre always having weird problems.

I has been 7 days with 0 response from them.
(emailed 3x on 2 different emails, also called a number but no answer)

As a paying customer I find this quite a failure.
(I can’t even cancel my subscription if I wanted to now)

Does somebody know anyone working at Soundcloud here?
I just want to log back in, like, normal.

it took me like a month and a half to get a response from them before, its pretty pathetic. im sorry youre dealing with this! could always block the charge with your bank if you are dedicated.

More waiting until the problem gets fixed.
But at least they responded!

Poor client service, unacceptable.
This should not be the standard.

Their support is pathetic. I signed up for Next Pro, but then didn’t get all the features. Emailed support about it, didn’t get a response for weeks, seems like there was an issue with payment so I figured it out myself. I then had an issue with Soundcloud for Artists and a release that was stuck in review, emailed support about it and heard nothing back. Eventually I pulled the release, set it up again, and it went through fine. I have still never got a response on either of these tickets and it’s been months🤷

Soundcloud has the absolute worst customer service (!). Since I am on NextPro, I tried to release tracks using the service instead of Distrokid, and i had issues for unknown stupid reqsons. I contacted them and got NOTHING. The best bet is to cancel the release and set it up again.And that’s what I did.

I hope I will be proven wrong but there is no way you will get a response from them. If you dont have a huge follower or established there with your name etc., it’s better to cancel your credit card :grinning:

The only reason i am using it is because I don’t like to pay extra for Spotify when i am only streaming my favorite artists or channels. It’s also very convenient to upload your tracks privately and send them, test them in your car, headphones etc. Also surprisingly still no ads in my listening experience. The moment they interrupt my listening with ads, I am done there and will look for some alternative.

For All we know they may be running the site by automated bots or something and one guy running everything else at home :joy:

Yey! After 3 weeks, they fixed it.

I have to say, I emailed them A LOT, and to ANY soundcloud email adres I could find online, always ‘friendly’ but sounding like an absolute cry baby.

I hate to do this, begging for help - o please do help me! - as a paying customer - to an online service. You just can’t reach them, SO frustrating.

Anyway.
