Is anyone having trouble getting working audio via Overbridge in Ableton 11.1? Neither my RYTM nor AKeys are passing anything more than garbled noise in Live now. Cubase 11 actually works fine, while Logic has similar issues.
Watching this, as I’m about to buy 11 and try the beta.
I had some issues with this - it has (so far) gone away after tinkering with latency and buffer settings in Ableton and Overbridge. From memory 64ms was what I settled on for both and 100 for the buffer safety number. I’m not entirely confident but for now it’s working at least!
Buffer safety solved it. No idea why all DAWs weren’t effected but not going to worry about it. Forgot that parameter existed…
Can someone explain what is and where do i change the Buffer Safety?
I have a lot of problems to make Overbridge work with Logic, maybe this is one of the reasons.
Hi, In the OB Manual you will find that section:
“5.4 CONTROL PANEL SETTINGS
When you click the small gear icon in the top right corner of the Control Panel, it opens the general settings for the plugin’s performance (effective once you open your device plugin from your DAW) and the Sound Card functionality settings.”
