I have noticed that my LFO modulates somehow even at zero. If the destination is set to, say filter freq but the mod value is still zero, it changes the sound. The sound only triggers unmodified if I reset the destination to nothing. Has anyone else noticed this, is my A4 eccentric, or am I missing something … ?
Seems you came across a well known but still not fixed issue.

Ok thanks for that … glad at least it’s not me! Is it worth me filing the bug too?
Always a good idea to raise some awareness somebody is actually using the “good old” analog 4.

it is odd … maybe I never noticed it before but I swear it was never a problem til now … now I can’t get LFO to work properly at all … I will report.
Just in case: any of the perf macros mapped to LFO?

They might be, I did not think of that, thank you I will check later, but that could explain this ….
