LFO Level Destination

I dont see anything happen assigning Level to LFO.

So even no Attack there. Bug?

I think it may be a bug. My level function works on the parameter the LFO is applied to and I have an ENVelope LFO as well. I set the destination to start point and that does the attack job for me. Are you on the latest OS? Maybe someone else will step in with a better answer for you.

Yes it is/was a bug and it has been fixed in 1.01.
