LED issue

Recently on my digitakt the 1 key backlight LED is misbehaving. Hue of green when supposed to be white. Colours also incorrect in different modes. Was on beta. Updated to latest firmware 1.11 and tried it out in test mode. Sometimes it functions normally sometimes it returns. I’ve seen on other posts that leaving it unplugged from power seemed to fix it for some. Will try this when I’m home.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, hoping its not a defective logic board and not have to send it off :grin:

The lights seem to do weird things if u have a trig on every step. Showing muted when not muted and vice versa. Could be part of the same bug. Only happens to me while sequence is playing.

What did you end up doing? I am currently having an identical issue with a different trig key.

sorry for such a late response. I have learnt to deal with it right now. I contacted elektron and I would have to send it off for repair under warranty

got it fixed. UK to Sweden through warranty

Button/LED got replaced, all went smoothly
