Noticed NI put out a new Maschine expansion catered towards Latin music.
Since I’ve been “Latin curious” ever since getting into Bubbling / Moombah around the 2010’s, I have been on the look out for a decent sound pack with some of those latin sounds… But this expansion left me wanting tbh. From what I know, proper reggaeton etc beats slap quite hard, these sounded way too polite somehow…
So since I saw this thread, thought to ask - any recommendations for a good Maschine expansion with banging dembows et al? Doesn’t have to be a NI pack, can be just WAV/AIFF files as well. Or does everyone still use that underground latin drums sample pack someone uploaded on some forum way back when?
