Does anyone else think the Vocoder on the Neo and Microkorg 2 are Meh?
This video tipped me over the edge. When it’s available for order in the US, I’m ordering it. I don’t need it, but it sounds so good and looks fun to program.
Maybe they got it right. Best selling synth of all time.
Yeah, I’m usually not someone that thinks about instruments to play on the sofa and stuff like that, but those graphics and the looper make it look like something that would just be fun to sit around with headphones and play with. Like a really cool musical toy (meant in the best possible way). Plus, I love the sound. The effects sound stellar!
When?
When I emailed korg in the Spring, they said maybe late summer. Might be worth emailing them again.
They should have got it out before the devastating broadside from AudioPilz
Yes it must be very soon. Im getting one just for that stupid in game levelling up thing.
Can’t wait for the first in-depth reviews and user feedbacks. I never jumped the gun on the OG, but this one might just do the trick.
Considering it as a MIDI controller/desktop synth.
12 weeks is . . . 3 months.
Yikes.
What do you like most about it from what you’ve seen?
That second one is gorgeous, wow. Anybody heard updates on a tentative US release date?
In Europe, Thomann advertises 4 to 5 weeks before availability.
Can’t wait for it to drop on my desk.
Will update if it makes it to my studio!
The audio looper is very handy
Thought it was gimmicky at best - and still waiting to try it on. But still. Looks, at the very least, handy
Ok. Thomann’s website keeps on pushing back the release date for Europe.
Got down to 3 to 4 weeks. But as of this morning, it jumped to 9 to 12 weeks.
Wondering if it might not be a better solution for me to go straight to the Hydrasynth Explorer and some vocal pedal instead of waiting on this little one. But that’s just me rambling
This is a no for me now. I think the OG is just as good for half the price.
