is it possible to route the click to an individual out so the drummer can hear it on headphones whilst it isn´t hearable on the main outs?
IIRC this should be possible. Just load up the sample you want to use as the click sound, set that tracks volume to zero or setup your main output config to ingore the chosen track, and connect a suitable cable to the output you need (use TS jack to pickup only the first output from any given indi out jack, TRS picks up both outs)
This should work because the indi outs are always active (ie. their output cannot be controlled, all unmuted trigs play)
Ideally, one would be able to assign the click to the headphone output, main outs, or both. What would be ideal for my setup is the same flexbilty for the sum output of all voices. This would allow me to send the sum voices to the main outs and the click to the headphones, completely separating them. I realize I may be a small minority here, but if it’s possible and easy to do, the options wouldn’t hurt anyone.

I´m in the same boat as you and have been in contact with support(months ago) on the matter of being able to route the click to just the headphone. But for some strange reason Elektron decided that this was not a feature needed and they told me that it´s not possible to fix in a software update etc.
Hm, that’s no good news. I’m having other rants about the machine, so my fist euphorism is sadly gone…
