I am using my A4 and Rytm (both mk2) and have them setup so that each pattern has its own kit, and normally the kit changes when I change the pattern.
After 1hr+ sessions the kits stay locked on both machines when the pattern is changed. Powering them off snd back on solves the problem, but not the best in live performances.
Anyone have any ideas why this happens?
Should I make a support ticket?
You have that “reload kit on pattern change” (or like that) box on or no?
That option is just to get rid of temporary changes to the same kit when switching patterns which uses the same kit. It isn’t involved when the patterns uses different kits.
That “kits stay locked” sounds really, really strange. I’ve never read about something like this here on the forums.
I’ve never seen this issue either. 
I know it’s quite strange this behaviour.
For now I just load the correct kit for the pattern - I name them so they match.
