The Digitakt II allows you to save and load kits, which is great.
For mixing or sound design, it seems very useful for mixing the sounds of a pattern, saving the kit, and loading it into all the other patterns in the arrangement (instead of having to copy all the settings one by one to each pattern).
However, when I load my kit into another pattern, I find all my kit settings EXCEPT the source sample, which is modified (randomly, but maybe not). So, it’s a mess.
Is it just a simple bug, or am I missing something?
Hey, I found some reports of an issue / bug with kits which appeared after the 1.10 update.
You can try this method and maybe it will load correctly next time:
You can always look in the bug reports thread and just search a keyword like “kits” to see if other users are experiencing any kind of similar or related issue.
When you enter a topic like digitakt II bug reports, in the search bar there is an option underneath the main text box which says, “in this topic” and if you enter the keyword into that space and press enter, it will bring up a preview of posts with that keyword so you can skip straight to what may be useful.
