Thank you for your kind words
I tried to work more with effects this time because in the beginning, I had trouble finding everything but now I’m getting around better with the deluge
Here is my track from yesterday
As I always have to make a video because my SoundCloud account is already full it takes some time to do that so I never make it to post on the same day
In this track, I used a lyre harp harmonium and overtone singing samples and played around with them and I really like the result
All Deluge again
Very cool stuff!
Living for this track title.
Deliciously chewy.
Thank you! I sacrificed one stereo track of my mixer for the send fx (reverb) return and was experimenting with feedback by sending the reverb return track back into the send bus. ![]()
Jamuary 16. Chill bits.
Watched Marty Supreme last night so the soundtrack definitely inspired me a bit
Day 16: like an industrial techno kinda thing from two very tired people
More experiments beyond common time; today we’re working in 5:4 or maybe 10:8 (I set the Pattern length to 60/64).
Jamuary the 16th—Galway’s Intercom
Digitakt, Analog Rytm, Minilogue
very cool - gave me an idea - for the rest of this month do bar lengths based on the day - so today 16/1 tomorrow 17/1 etc
Ooof, some clipping in there. Ah well, too late now.
damn this is hard, very cool and surprising change of pace for yall. awesome stuff!
It was a long week, so for jam no. 12 I basically recorded how I like to relax. Just a nice pad or string patch and improvise some melodies, no tempo to follow, no time limit… hopefully someone will enjoy listening to it as much as I did playing it ![]()
thanks:) might be one of the first times I’ve intentionally used sidechain compression
hearing you
took the chance to offer a few thoughts today
some comments
Love the noise textures and samples:) A lot of it feels like 4/4 to me how you positioned the melodies but then it turns over at unexpected points. Cool stuff!
Lots of building tension in this one. This could be a whole intro for something that then drops and releases it.
@Strutter Great sounds! Dedicated FX tracks lead to some really great creative opportunities (in my experience)
This one was an awesome journey
the Deluge is one of my favorite boxes I’ve owned. So much love for its workflow
This is stank face in the best way! Great job repurposing your own stuff
The transition from the scream texture to more melodic singing is heavenly. Sweet composition!
Couldn’t figure out a sample so I sampled from within my Re-synthesizer, Maths triggering a Soectraphon channel into another Spectraphon channel into the Morphagene. Made a little beat, did a snippet of a song over it.
made this one on the op-xy. gotta say this month is blowing by, didnt realize we were halfway through. had a nice time chilling with my cat making this tune on the couch. tried to use the LFO with intention on the patch playing the chords
Bb blues
This sounds like a live score to a cheesy 1980s TV show and I am here for it!
