Does anyone else get prevented from preordering from Thomann to ship to the US?
I’m trying to preorder the MegaFM mk2 and it states “we can’t deliver to this address at this time”.
This was the same response when I tried to preorder the Korg Drumlogue.
Strangely, I ordered a Syntakt from them about a month ago (in stock) and had no issues.
I’ve written back several times and not gotten a response addressing the issue. Patience is not my strong suit
Anyone else have this issue in the US?
Edit: I’ve also written Twisted Electron directly but still waiting on response from them.
I read in another thread here recently that some European stores are restricting sales to the US given the current economic situation. It does make sense, even if it kind of feels bad from our perspective over here. I saw some rumblings that it could be at the manufacturers’ request, though I don’t know if that was actually substantiated.
It’s just preorder items (I hope). The Perkins HD 01 can be bought and shipped to me (not that I can afford that right now).
Unfortunately Thomann is literally the only place that has the MegaFM up for preorder. I can’t even find a store advertising it in the US.
They said they would have some very soon. Hopefully it will work out…I’m gassing incredibly hard for that little thing
I order from Thomman a lot and I’ve never been able to pre-order anything. I get the same message.
Its been that way for as long as I can remember. Once its officially in stock, then theres no issue.
