I got my first box, a syntakt, few weeks ago and I can’t manage to connect it to my windows pc and to overbridge. My syntakt is up to date, set to overbdrige ( even though all the usb modes share the same problem ), I updated my bios, my drivers, tested severel usb cables, nothing changes when connected to a 3.0 port the device is constantly deconnecting and reconnecting and to 2.0 is wrongly detected, I can see in the details of the port " device description request failed ( code 43 ). I’ve spend a lot of time on this without any success. Is this a pretty common problem, and is this issue have a fix ?
I never had a problem.
