Is there rotate pattern / track functionality?

I’ve realized lately the more and more I write with the Elektron sequencers on my A4 / AR, that I’d really really like to be able to rotate either an individual track’s trigs, or sometimes an entire pattern’s trigs. I’ll start off with something simple and build on it, only to realize after a while my notion of the 1 has moved to say the 5 or something similar. I’ve seen in a software sequencer I’ve used intermittently (Numerology) the ability to rotate a pattern in place (In software terms I would call it a logical shift Left / Right), so if you shift it to the left by “two” all events (or trigs in the Elektron cases) would move to the left two, with the last two elements wrapping around to the front.

Does anyone know if this functionality exists and I’m just daft?

oops, meant to post this in the A4 forum, my mistake, but still applicable.

while in record/mode, hold shift and press arrow left or right.

seriously? It’s that simple? Not sure how I missed that in the manual…

Thanks! I’ll try to RTFM a little more diligently

Is this per-track or on a pattern basis?

Per-track.

Is there a PER PATTERN version of this? Or something equivalent without going track-by-track?

No.

What I do is just count how many steps + or - then do all the other tracks the same.
