Tell me, please, is the headphones volume pot on your OT MK2 a little bit loose when you trying to move the pot? Just a little bit. Not like on this video.
Asking because on my DN2 main volume knob is not moving.
Yep, always has been.

Had the same problem. Put a trouble ticket in and get it fixed, now all the buttons and knobs are sitting high.
