Is my A4 broken?

I’m not getting any audio. It’s not sending any MIDI.
Ver 1.12B

I’ve got the OSC volumes up, the AMP volume up, the Master volume up, no mutes. None of the tracks work.
Headphone output = no audio (near-silent pops and hiss when I play any sound)
LR out = no audio
Ext In = audio goes in, no audio comes out

MIDI is not being received on other pieces of gear.

I haven’t used it in about a month. I moved my studio into a new space (with the A4 packed into an Elektron gig bag with AR and Octa), now it doesn’t work. The OS seems to work fine, no patches gone missing or anything unusual.

I bought it used after selling my AK. Fuckin hell.

Any ideas?

do you use the right ac adaptor? i once plugged my mm adaptor into the a4 when i first got it and it didn’t make any sound.

Check the audio routing settings to make sure tracks 1 -> 4 are being sent to master out.

USB mode selection might affect midi output.
