Jason Forrest has been at it for years, I’m sure he’s had a bunch of cease and desist letters, not least for calling himself DJ Donnasummer. Still plenty of his stuff all over YouTube.
And Oneohtrix Point Never, he’s not afraid of a bit of it too, although I imagine he has a bit more backing for sample clearance etc.

I’m not sure if V/Vm really counts as plunderphonics, but again, all over YouTube, and I doubt he’s bothered about sample clearance, although most of these are posted up by randoms.
I know one example of a fantastic electronic artist, but probably it’s not strictly following the definition… He originally started from plunderphonics, but in later works used very heavy processing of samples (so even with the credits it’s nearly impossible to understand the sources) and currently is rather doing his own compositions.
