iPad Music Apps?

Those are nice, easy to explore with the random option. Sounds almost like the Fractal/Relic random generators.

There are approximations of the wavetables from Virus, some of them even sound incredibly similar.

But it is obviously not a complete “clone” of the hardware synth. Which I respect. It’s the usual audiokit app, which is overal a positive in my book. It’s snappy, familiar, and it sounds very good. I see it becoming one of my top 3 iOS/iPadOS synthesizers. Which is more than I could ask for at 5.99.

Highly recommended.

Lazy chop on the new koala update works so well. Got it setup on my Launchpad X. Been wanting this from time. I think the way he’s implemented this is really clever.

Koala. Absolutely. Rules.
I almost wish for a standalone tablet with ins and outs just to run Koala 24/7

:open_mouth:KOALAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

ok, but is there anything that you wish was different about koala?

Round robin, but the devs know the score

I’m not ignoring the question, but it will be a while before I reply.
Because I can’t think of anything the now.

The sequencing can be improved a bit, wish you could fire separate sequences for each mix bus.

The sequencing is the weakest part, but still pretty good. I rely a lot on resampling to get around most shortcomings though.

Proper envelopes, and LFO’s.

I get that it’s meant to be simple and accessible. I still would like a few more features.

In my experience, sample-based music especially, needs modulation to add movement and variation.

I’d love a Koala Pro. Or even just a ‘Pro Mode’, you can turn on or off which reveals the extra features. Keep it simple for those who want it simple.
