I say people who are not happy with their TVās should return them immediately. The more people show that they are okay with buying unfinished products to give companies an advance to fix bugs, the earlier and earlier they will release them and with more and more bugs

Hej everyone, we know some of you have run into frustrating bugs on Tonverk since its launch, and weāve been working hard to get them sorted. A new OS (1.0.1) is planned for Monday, September 29, addressing several issues.
One of the main bugs identified after launch is around the MIDI timing jitter leading to sync issues and Auto Sampler latency (these are related and will be solved at the same time). If this fix doesnāt make it to 1.0.1, a second update will follow hot on its heels in October, alongside a handful of other improvements.
The idea of Tonverk is to create a melodic, open-ended instrument - which leads to many new use cases - and therefore also new unforeseen test scenarios. Itās also the first device on this new software platform and as much as we tried to mitigate any problems for launch, weāre sorry if the excitement around it has been dampened in any way.
These are just Tonverkās first steps and exciting new features are already lined up. Its platform opens up huge possibilities, and we canāt wait to share them with you (some of you have already found an easter egg in there). But first - bug squashing is our prio!

I have a feeling that this message is going to get lost due to the communication provided by Elektron people. However, these are words of wisdom! It is so simple, yet it seems that the simplest of thruths are the most difficult to get
Businesses exist only due to customers moving their hard-earned money from their own pockets into companiesā bank accounts. Any transaction of this sort is basically a gesture of appreciation for a product/service received. Discussions do not hurt businesses, a lack of profit does. So if one has already said āyesā with their fun coupons, basically it is seen as a green light for whatever behavior displayed by a business at that moment. We shall not forget that we also have a ānoā option

I donāt know where you are at your personal growth, but I donāt think itās lost on most people that they donāt have to buy or keep a product they donāt want.

How do you guys examine the presets for tonverk (If you do at all).
Thereās so much that could be going on that Iām having a hard time figuring out what does what. I imagine overbridge would be good for this, although Iāve never actually used it on any of the other elektron boxes I own 
For those who own TV, so with multisampled instruments, can you sustain notes?

its good to hear from elektron regarding the bug fixā¦ i wonder if the growing rumble of people starting to return them had anything to do with itā¦ in all honesty i had expected some sort of statement earlier.
i do expect itāll be a decent device at some point,ā¦(iām sure iāll buy one.). and their next release wont be such a shit show as itāll be built upon tonverk groundwork ā¦ but i would warn everyone ā¦ the next time they launch a new platform ā¦ remember what happened with digitakt and tonverk ā¦ the experience of digitakt was obviously not ālearntā ā¦ theyve done it again with tonverk.

If I were to play a mutlisampled instrument like I play keys, I can only do āplucksā? Like I canāt hold a note?
Well it depends on the sample, but no, you should in general be able to hold a note. Check your amp envelope
