Indeed they do. Iāve had them all in black. And the Digitone Keys. And the A4mkII, etc. Love the black. But, I also love silverā¦

they donāt ship to the US from the Elektron store, but Sweetwater has them up. Iāll get one. I love the Dtone. Itās a desert island songwriting tool for me.

Good point on the FUNC buttonsā¦ they appear to be black, but none of the boxes have a black FUNC button ā theyāre all grey, or colouredā¦ Might just be the lighting on grey ones tho. Maybe itās the mixer in front of the mixtape tho

Just saw the E25 DT at Sweetwater for preorder, $999! Regular DT is $799.
Seeing as this is all about aesthetics, these would definitely go with some Genelec raw.

It was a sarcastic joke scenario in which an entire company bowed to your wishes and subsequently went bankrupt because at the end of the day it was all talk.
I donāt own any elektron boxes anymore though Iāve owned all the Digis and Analogs at some point. Even a Digitone keys. Which I might actually have sprung for in Silver form today if they did it with a Monomachine Joystick
I have been on the fence about getting another Syntakt, and tbh it might be a silver one. I hate that the price difference between a used black syntakt and a new silver is like over $400usd though.
Generally only foolz can afford to drop $$ like that for little reason, so am I a fool?

used Dns are 550 so once you cash one out on Reverb, you basically paid 500$ to have yours bead blasted and redone. Funny thing is a screen printing company can probably make you a screen for around 250$ and a min lot would probably be around 175-250$ depending on where you are in the US and how amenable your local area industrial screen printer is to small runs.

When Grey Octa II turned into Black Edition, I didnāt think Elektron met with the same kind/level of responses as it did with the Silver -takts. Elektron said itās a limited batch so donāt go there if we donāt want to? Maybe it has got to do with tying-in with 25th Anniversary as part of their drip marketing, speaking of which should span over a year - giving everyone time for stuff later down the road.
It is the Interwebs, and waffling or its comparable ilk brethren will always present itself and equally unlikely to change course of action for businesses because whatever makes the profit takes priority - itās self-explanatory.
Make a track to pay homage to Elektronās 25th year instead maybe? 
What if it was new machines for the digis AND an OT MKIIIš??? Then not everyone would want to sell their digis to finance the OT. Digi value stays up and we are forced to shell out fresh cash for that sweet sweet MKIII

Didnāt they drop the Formware Update for the OT AE the Day after they announced the AE, I mean how long is an anniversary? Usually not weeks. So we should know pretty fast, they will not wait an random number of days if this is birthday week then this is birthday week, if something comes, it comes now and not in december.

Also having a hub like this is not commonplace where you can just speak about basically anything, even all the dumb selfish, but warranted craving induced manic bullshit that inevitably bubbles up from people.(myself included)

I thank you for all the beautiful and unique instruments that you gave birth to, and I really hope there really is more to come, because it would be such a wasted potential not keeping up with the times, even though we will wage war for water in 30 years.
But in that grim MTV commercial with the baby under the bubble thing-esque future, I hope there will be electricity, and that Elektron will thrive!
