psa you can max the makeup gain on the compressor with threshold off and blow up the outputs for a third gain stage

Iām curious, has anyone else experienced that the trig LEDs are less intense than other Digi boxes?
Itās an FM/VA synth and drum machine so hi hats are going to be what you design them to be

I read that Elektron checked screen carefully for Digitone 2 and Tonverk.
Better hihats than Syntakt CY ALLOY. Hihat Transient samples for FM Drum. Donāt you remember Digitone FM TONE hihats ?

I used my dn more as a module with ot or 707, so i never dialed drum sounds in.

Yes I asked them the question because my Digitakt II has been impacted by the issue, I can copy paste here:
We are confident that this issue will not appear on the Digitone II. We have done extensive testing since the issue became apparent to us, adding several steps of quality assurance, stress testing all new screens that are put in new devices. None of the new machines of the Digitone II series will have screens from the faulty batch from which the issue originate.

I gotta knowāhow did you sequence that whole pattern? Were you tapping away on a keyboard, or did you painstakingly program each note in there? Iāve been composing for years, and honestly, I never gave Elektrons much credit when it came to handling intricate arrangements like this. But you, my friend, have completely changed my tune! This is top-notch work. Bravo!

DN2 new owners, could you please tell me:
Do trigless-trigs(p-locks of parameters without notes) work on soundtracks in DN2 while you sequence them via MIDI externally(or just playing with external midi keyboard while seqv stared), just like they do in DN1?

Yes, at around 35s while holding last note I played on the DN keys.
No recording in DN2.
I m patientlywaiting for a guy to post on youtube classic sound done on a digitone l i mt alking analog like pad , brass , bass, pluck ,syring ( swarm is exellent with that with a notch filter , done it on syntakt )
If it can deliver classic sounds it would be great ā¦ for drums and experimental im good already with syntakt mostly ā¦
yes yes sound exactly the same , just a bit more bass on certain patterns, i have imported all my digitone 1 projects and listened to them all, started working on finishing beloved old pattern i could not finish due to lack of tracks or polyphony, itās a joy ā¦ when it works , i had very strange bugs, sequencer lagging , voice stealing , tracks changing sounds. but when you are on a new project i had 0 bugs so sounds from Digitone 1 are the same 99.9%

I have one question, again:
Is it possible to enter a transpose to tracks in songmode, like in Octatrack?
I really liked to have that on miditracks in Octatrack.
Or do I need to copy that pattern to get that?

well, I have listened to all of my DN1 projects and some of them sounds more detailed and with more depth (is it just me?) and others (the weirder ones) sounds really different unfortunately, so I will have to wait selling DN1, which I have to say doesnāt sound worse than the new one just different, maybe I will have to keep it
