A nice feature of the DN2 WaveTone which I thought could be given some more light is the ring mod & sync, which means that quite advanced and convincing SID-like stuff can be made. I wanted to try it out, so here I remade the first two minutes of the classic “Wastelands” from The Last Ninja on the C64. All made using WaveTone - and only three mono tracks, to match the original.
