True, then I could use the sp compressor since the digitakt doesn’t have one, down side with the sp is you cannot trigger samples at different pitches like the mpc
Same here… meh.
there’s nothing more boring than reading about people’s package tracking updates.
what do you expect? no one here seems to have his yet … I think a new thread about first experience ,questions and problems would be good …
New thread, or… 10 000 posts objective !
Just got an email from Kraft music. Shipment should arrive next week with more then enough to fill the preorders! Go get em!
I wanna buy from them but… sales tax
So who’s your go to?
If this thread is put to sleep after the first batch arrives I won’t miss it. It’ll be nice to get into more focused, feature based threads. Specifically I want to get into the granular synth aspects; it’ll be my first adventure with the unit.
I’m gonna use it as a multitrack recorder with amazing new ways to play back tape. Already got the material prepared for it.

While they are local (sales tax), I used to work there and I still get an employee discount. That said, they just became an Elektron dealer and won’t be getting the Digitakt until the second batch. I’m willing to pay more to have it sooner
Thanks for the heads up its looks like I might get a first batch DT now!
Penultimate
I doubt I’ll get one until mid-June since my retailer of choice doesn’t usually get things as early as, say, Sweetwater, but I get an employee discount there. I’m still excited to see other people getting theirs.
Can’t wait to see reviews and impressions of the final units.
Mine’s shipping very soon
Are you using a bunch of shorter samples.ive been imagining the digitakt can’t handle longer stuff like an sp could
I too search for #digitakt on instagram
Have video but delete in instagram before week thavius back user
Anyone have an idea of how the control all works? Does it match the parameter value across all tracks or does it apply the same value offset?
I reckon it’s all relative until it’s min/maxed out where it’s all the same. Furthermore, this logic seems imperative on account that they wouldn’t sync the starts/lengths across the boards. Or, at least, I’m highly doubtful they would
