Intellijel Atlantis

Anyone used/using it? Is it worth the hp? Just looking for general thoughts on this module.

Cheers.

Yup, pretty bad ass. It’s a SH-101 clone with an extra vco and all the modulation possibilities of eurorack so if you fancy that sorta thing (who doesn’t?) get that credit card right now!

It was one of the first eurorack modules that I bought a few years back, and it’s still one of my faves. Even if I’m not using it for a synth voice, chances are I’m using something from the modulation section patched to another module. It’ll pair well with just about anything because it has so many useful patch points. The oscillators are nice, the filter is a great clone (I love it with audio-rate mod and some env)… It’s hard to find fault with any of its features, it’s just a straight up beast.

Nice. Yeah, I’m building a little skiff to add some analog voices to use with a Monomachine. I’m thinking of building it around the Atlantis an STO with some additional modules. Thanks for the input.

I have just the Dixie II+ in my rack and I absolutely love the sound of it. Especially the sine for sub frequencies. My philosophy with eurorack is to hodgepodge together my own voices from various parts rather than big modules in an effort to come up with a sound that is more “me”.

Yeah, I totally get that and definitely have a list of additional modules I’m using in conjunction with the Atlantis. The other end of that spectrum, for me, is that I specifically wanted an SH-101 and the Atlantis gives me basically a more modern take on that synth structure for less than a used SH that can be used within the Eurorack format which is kind of a win-win.

yup it’s the bomb dot com.
don’t forget to get metropolix/s…

really interesting, gives a a well known module like the Atlantis a very west coast flair.
