Ingrown Records New Releases Thread

Time to stop clogging up the “share your tunes” thread…

Ingrown is my experimental, ambient, synth, electronic, vapor, psych, etc label of 15 years now. We release tapes, CDs, compilations, and digital albums (of course). We’ve released one vinyl release as well. It has been a long and fruitful journey and I’m incredibly proud of our artists and the incredibly high quality music they make. I’m disabled and can’t work manual labor jobs so for the last five years I’ve been pouring my heart and soul into the label full time with any money made going right back into new releases. 153 releases is a lot! I won’t share everything here but I will share what’s new. Hope you can find time to listen and enjoy, and let me know if you want download codes for anything. I’m more than happy to share.

So these just came in and I’m over the moon with how they turned out. Toxic Chicken (Netherlands) CDs with art by the artist! Animal sounds keyboardtronica?

storyinsoil (New Orleans, Louisiana) CDs! modular ambient electronica

and Ziwzih Ziwzih (Washington State) tapes! Indie synth/ noisy electronic psych goodness

Our new digital releases include gorgeous Japanese ambient, this weirdo synth EP from Heaven Topology, and the debut album of indie psych weirdos Bogie Bogie featuring Deerhoof’s John Dieterich.

Our 16th year is about to begin so I’m sure I’ll be back with more to share. Long live Ingrown.

That Distillation cover picture kinda looks like it somehow mirrors your houndstooth pants in a hallucinatory way, as both have the Amazing Animals cover art above them… I will definitely listen to these!!

My label is doing a 30% off sale with code BCFRIDAY. We’ve lowered prices on tapes, CDs, vinyl, and digital albums and our full digital discography of 155 releases is supremely discounted and very affordable as well. This is the last month of our 15th year. Hoping to raise some funds to finish our next year out in style and do all the things we have planned. That said I’m just grateful to have made it this far. http://ingrown.bandcamp.com
