Import MIDI patterns from DAW into A4 & Octatrack?

I’m working on pairing down some of my produced tracks to my Octatrack & Analog Four for live performance.

Is there a good way to import MIDI sequences into my Elektron boxes other than recording them in realtime?

I also use the DAW to create melodies etc and then wondered how to transfer midi files. I ended up with the Squarp Pyramid sequencer where you can transfer midi files easily. For rhythmical and basic four bar pattern I prefer the Elektron sequencers but for melodic stuff the Pyramid is superb.
