I'm having trouble sending note data to Ableton?

Notes are not being read by Ableton for any keyboard I’ve tried plugging in.

I’ve tried my nanoKey Studio, microKeys, Pyramid, I’ve plugged my Maschine in and loaded it as a controller. The parameters change, but when I hit the pads no music is played. And I’ve plugged my pyramid into the Maschine in controller mode via MIDI cable. Nothing.

However, when I load maschine in standalone mode and try to send notes from the Pyramid. The melodies are played without a problem.

I’ve never had this issue on account that I’ve always just used Push 2. But I didn’t really use Push 2, so I sold it. and I REALLY do not want to have to draw all my music in.

If anybody knows what issue I’m having/detail I’m missing I would really appreciate it!

Okay. Progress was made. I turned Monitor on, and the Pads of Maschine made sound for my Ableton instrument. And that’s exciting.

However, my Pyramid through Machine MIDI in does not work in Ableton where it previously did in Maschine software.

Never Mind! I just remembered there’s a "send midi through USB option on the Pyramid and I’d be masochistic to want to use my MIDI out for the vastness of ITB composition
