Hi. Can anyone point me in the right direction. What hardware or software synth and what effects do you think have been used to create this stab chord? I dont really get there. My stabs does not growl like this one. Either they sound too thin or too distorted. There is something magic in the filter envelope I guess. Anybody that can come up with a recepie? Software or hardware.

pretty simple to do this in the digitakt… set notes from a ‘toolbox’ single cycle sample on 3 slots, loop the single cycle… set a c chord major or minor say 'c,d’g - and then resample it into one slot and add some subtle effect. you could of course buy a huge synth for this but theres always an alternative – the digitakt being a great cheaper way to achieve such sounds and chords
